New MDPV Quantification method in humans and rats plasma by High Resolution LC-MS | National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Leading US government research institute has developed and validated an analytical method for the determination of MDPV and metabolites in plasma. Only with enzymatic hydrolysis using KURA BG100 Red Abalone β-Glucuronidase they could detect 3,4-Catechol-PV and 4-OH-3-MeO-PV in plasma after 8 hours.
